A CrossFit LLC-sponsored challenge to design a commemorative product for the CrossFit Games' 20th anniversary. Our team took 2nd place and a $1,500 prize, and every unit shipped.

The Maker Challenge asked teams to design and deliver a commemorative product tied to the CrossFit Games' 20th anniversary. We grounded the design in field research, visiting every CrossFit gym in the South Bay and interviewing gymgoers to document preferences, frustrations, and aspirations. Ideation ran through multiple concept sketches and design iterations, using AI image generation extensively for early visuals before converging in SVG and CAD.
- Built and delivered the pitch presentation to the sponsor.
- Placed 2nd of all teams and won the $1,500 prize.
- All units shipped and are displayed at CrossFit Sundown in Santa Clara.
